Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the platform flubrio.com operated by Flubrio S.A.C. and are subject to the laws of the Republic of Peru in force during 2026.

1. Acceptance

By registering or using any Flubrio service you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Nature of the service

Flubrio provides financial education content, tools and guidance. No published material constitutes personalised investment advice under the Securities Market Law nor replaces an authorised financial, accounting or legal advisor.

3. Registration and account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping your password confidential. Flubrio may suspend accounts with false, duplicated or fraudulently used information.

4. User obligations

You agree to use the platform lawfully, respecting intellectual property, third-party rights and Peruvian law. Using the service for money laundering, terrorism financing or any other unlawful activity is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, text, graphics, code and training materials are the property of Flubrio S.A.C. or authorised third parties. Total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is forbidden.

6. Limitation of liability

Flubrio does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. User decisions are made at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Peruvian law, Flubrio is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit derived from the use of the platform.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update indicated.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved before the Courts of the Lima Cercado Judicial District, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
